Boy, am I behind on this blogging situation, real life kind of took a toll on me, and I am just starting to catch my breath again! I shall try and do better!!!
Today I would like to introduce you guys to Andre Shepard and his beautiful artwork. He isn’t a man of many words, but his work most definitely speaks for itself. Instead of sitting here and typing up a storm, I’ll take heed from him, and cut straight to the chase!

1. WHERE ARE YOU FROM?
I was born in Chicago but I grew up in Houston.
2. WHEN DID YOU START CREATING?
I started drawing at three years old.
3. SELF TAUGHT OR ART SCHOOL?
I learned art by just trying new supplies and new techniques so self-taught.
4. HOW WOULD YOU CLASSIFY YOUR WORK?
I would classify my work as urban culture.
5. HAS YOUR STYLE CHANGED OVER TIME?
I would say yes my style has changed over time you can see my growth.
6. WHAT MESSAGE, IF ANY, ARE YOU TRYING TO CONVEY THROUGH YOUR WORK??
I try to draw a happy feeling from my audience when the see a character from an old tv show that made them laugh.
7. WHATS THE BIGGEST OBSTACLE YOU’VE ENCOUNTERED WITH SHARING AND SELLING WORK?
My biggest obstacle is selling I feel I’m not outgoing enough to engage any potential buyer.
8. WHERE DO YOU SEE YOUR WORK TAKING YOU?
I see myself only doing art for a living.
9. PROUDEST ART ACHIEVEMENT?
My proudest moment was my first show in 2016 because I was on the outside trying to figure out how to get in the art world so I felt like I made it in a sense.
10 ANY ADVICE FOR YOUNG ARTISTS TRYING TO LEAVE THEIR MARK?
Create and share as much as possible.
